New capabilities expand Deep Research, sales simulations, and buyer-seller collaboration

GenieAI Deep Research
The new GenieAI Deep Research capability, included with Genie Assistant Pro, helps lean teams quickly synthesize large volumes of information into comprehensive, actionable reports. Instead of spending hours manually hunting through web resources, users can generate detailed multi-section deliverables like competitive intelligence dossiers, strategic account briefs, and industry trend analyses.

Enhanced RolePlayAI
RolePlayAI takes a major leap forward with real-time conversational realism. Gone is the "push to talk" format – representatives can now engage in dynamic, natural conversations where the AI can even interrupt, just like real customers do. Teams can now set goals and objectives that can remain visible during practice sessions, and roleplays appear as a separate activity type from coaching in Scorecards for clearer performance tracking.

Platform and Learning experience
The Fall Release completes the transition to a unified Bigtincan Access experience, providing seamless login across all Bigtincan solutions with enhanced security through multi-factor and delegated authentication. Admins can now set default landing solutions for users and apply consistent branding across the platform.
The Readiness Content Player (also called Brainshark) has also been updated to make refreshing and repurposing learning content even easier. Authors can now make assessments more professional and polished with a modern look and feel for question slides, customize course and curriculum thumbnails shown in Content pages, export presentations to PowerPoint for bulk editing, and quickly duplicate slides – significantly reducing content creation time.
Digital Sales Room and integration enhancements
Digital Sales Rooms now feature contextual commenting on files, allowing selling and buying teams to address concerns as they arise through threaded discussions. Email notifications for comments and a centralized comment feed improve collaboration and responsiveness.
For teams using Outreach, a new add-in enables finding and sharing content directly within the platform. Users can quickly locate files with powerful search capabilities, attach content to emails with a single click, access marketing-approved templates, and gain insights into prospect engagement – right in their flow of work.
