These additions reflect Bigtincan’s ongoing commitment to strengthening customer relationships and scaling operational performance as the company continues to shape the future of enablement.

Bob Slaby joins Bigtincan as Chief Customer Officer, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading customer-facing functions across high-growth technology companies. Most recently, he served as CCO at FourKites, a global supply chain visibility platform, where he scaled customer success and support operations while significantly improving cost to serve. Slaby has held senior roles at Anaplan, Hewlett-Packard, and HSBC, with expertise spanning strategy, operations, and services. At Bigtincan, he will oversee customer success, consulting services, product implementation, and support.

Kevin Collins steps into the role of Chief Operating Officer after serving as a strategic advisor to Bigtincan. A proven executive with deep finance and operations experience, Collins has held CFO roles at both public and private companies in the content, technology, and professional services sectors. His background includes driving EBITDA margin expansion, leading M&A strategy and integration, and navigating high-growth private equity-backed environments. As COO, Collins will lead Bigtincan’s Sales, Finance, Legal, and HR functions.
