New Digital Avatars, with custom and out-of-the-box options as well as Floating Narration, let learning authors make presentations and courses even more dynamic and interesting to watch. Keep audiences engaged by having avatars narrate content and bring it to life with a visual aid when slides can’t hold their attention. Custom avatars let authors retain their personal brands without having to take the time to record every voiceover themselves. This makes it easy to create and update training, allowing enablement and learning admins to scale their efforts.
Virtual Coach leverages AI to streamline and enhance the coaching process, saving time and improving outcomes. It analyzes data from selected content, scoring rubrics, and CoachingAI or RolePlayAI transcripts to provide objective, actionable feedback on coaching and roleplay exercises. This ensures consistent and unbiased evaluations while reducing the workload for managers. Virtual Coach can be used independently or alongside manager reviews, making it a flexible solution for any coaching strategy. Users can access intelligent content recommendations based on context in the email, powerful SearchAI capabilities to ask questions about and find content, and one-click sharing directly within their inboxes. Marketing-approved templates ensure consistent messaging and track content performance to optimize engagement.

All of the capabilities in the spring release are available as of May 5 to both new and existing customers according to their implementations.
