The challenge

Jayco’s Annual Sales Certification used to take place at an annual conference. But after COVID, the conference was canceled and they needed to increase sales certification of their dealership reps virtually. They also sought the ability to track who has completed the training and use that data to identify areas where they can improve their training content.
