The Sales Enablement Conference Roadtrip Continues

Thoreau was right. Anyone can be busy, but investing our time into important activities versus merely focusing on busywork, that is where the magic happens. A Sales Enablement Conference provides an excellent opportunity to connect, to listen and learn, and to find people with which to collaborate.
The Bigtincan team will be at Sirius Decisions Summit Europe 2019, Sirius Decisions Summit APAC 2019, and the Sales Enablement Society National Conference, and we are excited to meet you and learn about your challenges and discuss how we can partner to make you more successful.
Sirius Decisions Summit Europe and APAC
The Sirius Decisions Summit Europe will be taking place in London this week, October 10th and 11th. The APAC event will be the week after on October 15th and 16th.
I gave a brief interview to the Sirius Decisions team to discuss the customer-delivered case studies we will be sharing at the conference in Europe. Customers, in industries undergoing significant disruption, will deliver the presentations. Workforces are transitioning, and the loss of internal knowledge is a considerable concern. Retail, for example, has always been an industry with high employee turnover, and manufacturing is reaching a tipping point as an older generation of workers is on the cusp of retirement.
I look forward to hearing Peter Ostrow deliver his presentation titled Enablement is the New Black: Driving Peak Competence Across the Entire Revenue Engine. The release of the Revenue Enablement Framework will be especially exciting as we have been beginning to look to the future as well. Sales Enablement will remain essential for business success, but the need for a broader, more strategic area, Revenue Enablement, is also evident.

“Driving the Future of Sales Enablement: Re-Imagining How People, Experience, and Technology Drive Growth in the Digital Economy”
Too often, conferences focus on providing a platform for “thought-leaders” and “evangelist” to extend their brands instead of providing a forum for practitioners to share practical advice. This conference will be different, and it should provide an excellent opportunity to learn from people on the front-line of our field.
The team at Bigtincan will be hosting an experience room focused on adoption. Too often, businesses invest much money on technology, to watch that technology see limited use. This common problem ensures limited results, frustration by both users and those that bought the solutions, and the vendors themselves. You are going to want to come back to this room multiple times as it will be an engaging and interactive experience.
I will also be speaking on the importance of making Sales Enablement Business Critical, and I will be sharing my thoughts from years of experience on how to make this happen.
