- Q. What Phones does this application work on ...
- A. BuzzMe Pro will work on Blackberry OS 4.5 and up - across most Blackberry phone types - it does sometimes depend on your exact phone and OS model - we are working to support all models over time
- Q. Which version of BuzzMe Do i need?
- A. BuzzMe Standard lets you control LED and vibration for calls only, BuzzMe Pro adds SMS/MMS and Email, BuzzMe Premium adds BB Messenger, Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and MORE
- Q. Is BuzzMe hard to setup?
- A. No - its really easy - you setup BuzzMe right from within the app and then just set your phone PROFILE up once and you are good to go - its a 2 minute process
- Q. I really want a custom color and long vibration for BlackBerry Messenger. Can BuzzMe do that for me?
- A. Yes, you would need the Premium version to control BB Messenger, but then you can set (for examply) a 10 second vibration and specific color alert for BBM
- Q. Can I get support?
- A. BuzzMe Pro and BuzzMe Premium include free email support.
- Q. Do I have to start BuzzMe again everytime my phone reboots?
- A. BuzzMe Pro and BuzzMe Premium include auto restart capabilities, but in BuzzMe Standard yes, you do need to restart BuzzMe every time you restart your phone
- Q. What is the difference between BuzzMe Pro and BuzzMe Premium?
- A. BuzzMe Premium contains all the features of BuzzMe Pro as well as adds support for the BuzzMe PlugIn architecture. This lets you control the LED color, and vibration for BB Messenger, Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, BeeJive and more.
- Q. I've got the Storm - what is Facedown mode - and how do I use it?
- A. Facedown mode lets you turn your phone facedown on a flat surface to automatically have BuzzMe turn off the vibration alert. Its the coolest way of stopping BuzzMe vibration alerts when you are in a meeting or overnight on your bedside table.
